This 4,100m² site, available immediately, is located in Evry near the Génopôle Campus, the first French cluster dedicated to biotechnology and biotherapy. Situated along RN7, the site is directly accessible via A104, A6, and the RER D Bras de Fer station is 300m away. The site is part of the area designated as the future Porte Sud du Grand Paris Operation of National Interest. The construction of the future “Bio Parc” to the south of the site, as an extension of the campus, provides an opportunity to create a programme that is in keeping with the objectives of Génopôle’s scientific and economic project.

The site is in the south-eastern section of the new city of Evry, which is on the western bank of the RN7. It is located near the RER D Bras de Fer station, opposite Génopole d’Evry. As the first French biocluster dedicated to biotechnology and biotherapy, the cluster brings together 82 companies, 19 research laboratories and 25 technology platforms on the eastern bank of RN7.
The site is situated at the heart of a tree-filled district built in the 1980s, made up of housing, economic activities, shops and public facilities. It is connected to Boulevard des Coquibus, a tree-lined road with wide pavements, which crosses under RN7 and leads to the station, 100 metres away.
The site is well served by public transport. There are stops nearby for RER D, which will be greatly restructured in the coming years, and for 10 bus lines (401, 402, 403, 404, 407, 408, 414, 415, 416, 453). In 2017, the site's accessibility will be improved with the inauguration of Tzen 4, which will connect Viry-Châtillon to the Corbeil Essonne RER station, replacing bus line 402. In addition, in the medium term, an on-site public transport system will be created on RN7.
The site, which is directly accessible via the Francilienne road (N 104) and RN7 on the eastern bank, is directly connected to the Ile-de-France motorway network. It is less than 40 minutes from Paris and 30 minutes from Orly airport.
By 2025, the urban landscape of this part of Evry will be improved. Génopole will develop its campus over 7 additional hectares, to host around one hundred companies, and 1,900 housing units will be created on the Parc aux Lièvres - Bras de Fer mixed development site, around the RER D station and along RN7.
