A half-day group visit is planned for each site between 24 October and 10 November 2016. You can register for these half-day visits here. You are not required to submit an application for the site you visit.

The composition of a team is open-ended, but the team must be multi-disciplinary and must be made up of organizations that have skills related to the nature of the objectives of urban development, architecture and the programme expressed by the project leader. As a minimum, there must be an architect in each team. The working and contract arrangements within the team will be specified (compensation, acquisition of a stake in the future project…).

The Inventing Greater Paris call for projects is open to any participant capable of undertaking an innovative project. It is open to all types of representation, regardless of the legal structure, including foreign organizations.

No. The regulations stipulate that the file for the project should be presented by one project team, regardless of the legal structure.

No, this is not necessary during the application phase. However, during the offer phase, the project’s financial feasibility and the group’s legal and financial soundness will naturally be included among the criteria for selecting the winning project. In light of this, the Investments for the Future Programme can intervene by acquiring a stake in the project company in order to consolidate the project leader’s financial soundness.

During the offer phase of the Call for Projects, the finalist teams will need to be able to explain the details of their project’s economic model.

However, since the application includes information on the urban development and programme objectives, visiting the site may be of benefit to applicants. Yes, except for the project leader and architect, this could be possible, as long as the parties in question undertake to maintain strict confidentiality and guarantee that the application will be maintained in the event that they win several projects. However, the same project leader or architect or any other organization may apply to several sites.

The Meet-Up page of the website is available for you to introduce yourself and enable you to meet with other people. A physical meet-up session will take place in November; the details will be provided to applicants at a later date.

After the application phase, a maximum of 3 or 4 applicants will be selected per site to develop their offer.
